More than a style of cooking, we have a philosophy where products from the land are the protagonists, without closing the doors to exotic shades. Led by the season, the dishes change diary combining traditional and innovative techniques.
The result is a symphony of flavours organized in two menus: the gourmets, with starter, fish, meat and desserts, and the "recreative" which includes five savoury dishes, an assortment of cheeses, pre-dessert and dessert directly prepared by the chef in the dining room
To pairing the meal, we have a selection of wines from DOQ Priorat and DO Montsant.

- Dinner: Wednesday to Saturday 20.30 - 22.00.
- Gourmet Menu: 35.00 euros (snack starter, fish, meat and dessert);
- Gourmet Menu paired with wine: 49.50 euros (menu and 3 glasses of wine of the region)
- Re-creative menu: 58.00 euros (five savoury dishes, assorted cheeses and pre-dessert and dessert live)
